"This thing is a workhorse of a reel. Palms beautifully, smooth casts and retrieve, lightweight, and sleek. I also love the line capacity for 20lb line (fluro or mono). The magforce braking system is so good I can't remember the last time I backlashed using this reel. I used mine primarily for throwing glides and wedge tail baits that go up to 4oz. I recommend oiling all the bearings on the reel before hitting the water. The bearings come bone dry. Nothing negative to say about the reel, highly recommend. "

"3 oz or under baits for this reel, don't try to hurl anything bigger. Go up to the 300 size if you need to. With that out of the way, I first tried to buy this reel from a local tackle shop, but it was out of stock. "We'll order it for you!" was the answer. A month later and no reel, I got a refund and had it within 3 days after ordering it here. Please do not wonder why small tackle shops are hard to find these days, that was a perfect example of why."

"I was debating on the 300 or 200 for swim baits for a soft swim bait setup definitely glad I went with the 200 lighter and just as tuff. But if you go over 4 onces or throw glides ide go with the 300."
