Bass Pro Shops RCX Power Fishing Review
The pros will tell you, power fishing is more about mindset than it is about gear. Covering water, maintaining confidence, and being fearless at the point of attack are all parts of this winning approach. That said, having the right tools feeds right into all of the above. The RCX Baitcaster is perfect for this system because it gives you the ability to ''power-fish'' any technique, with the expectation to succeed—and that can make all the difference

Actual Customer Feedback:
"I purchased the 5.4:1 ratio to go on one of my crankbait rods and this reel feels fantastic. The reel action and drag are smooth, it is easy to palm and the thumb bar release and engagement is crisp. I debated for a long time between this reel, the Pro Qualifier 4.7:1 and the Extreme. This was a great value."

"I have 9 baitcast reels from BPS and love them all. Bought this and only used it maybe 7 times in a year. I like to rotate my reels when I go fishing so I put little use on it. used it last weekend and the drag failed. It's been over a year since I bought it so BPS won't look at it without charging me to fix it. No wonder it's been on clearance twice."

"Unbelievably smooth 7+1 bearing set up. Dual braking is easy to use. I was never a big fan of centrifugal brake systems-always preferred magnetic only brakes until I tried this reel. This reel uses both and it's super easy to tune. Purple color goes awesome on my new St. Croix Mojo Bass 7'0" MH-killer spinnerbait rig."
